ProBravo services are for those over the age of 18. If it is discovered that you have data from children under 18 without valid parental consent, we reserve the right to interrupt the service and delete the data.

Principles Applicable to the Processing of Personal Data
The Data Controller follows the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of privacy and rights in the processing of personal data, as required by EU Regulation 679/2016.
Definitions
- Customer: Natural or legal person seeking the services of Professionals registered on the ProBravo portal. You can search for services anonymously but must register to purchase services, leave reviews, receive updates or communicate with other users
- Professional: Natural or legal person who professionally offers services on the ProBravo portal and has access to dedicated services after registration.
- Reviewer: Site user who wishes to publish a review.

After registration, both Customers and Professionals can update or provide additional non-mandatory personal data. This data may be used for research and/or the provision of professional services.
Purpose, Legal Basis of the Processing and Optional Provision
Users' personal data will be processed for various purposes, always with the consent of the interested party.
Purpose of the Processing
- A: Allow Customers to purchase Services and contact Professionals.
- B: Allow Professionals to receive and respond to Service requests.
- C: Use OpenAI's AI to analyze all the data entered: consistency between Customer requests and Professional profiles, any policy violations and general data management.
- Q: Enable communication between Users, both registered and unregistered.
- E: Allow Customers to post reviews about Professionals.
- F: Provide sales promotions and industry information via electronic means or direct contact.
- G: Allow reviewers to publish reviews.
Legal Basis of Processing
- For purposes A-D, it is based on the need to perform the Contract.
- For E-G purposes, it is based on the User's consent.
Optional nature of provision
The provision of data is optional but necessary for the use of the services offered:
- For A-D, consent is optional but essential for the activation of the services.
- For E, the provision of data to publish reviews can be revoked at any time.
- For F, you can unsubscribe from commercial promotions at any time.
- For G, providing data to publish reviews is optional.

Methods of Processing and Storage of Personal Data
The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the Regulation, using both paper and electronic methods, including automated means.
Data Protection
The data collected is protected through physical and digital measures to minimize the risks of unauthorized access, dissemination, loss, or destruction, in accordance with articles 25 and 32 of the Regulation.
Shelf life
- The data will be kept only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Right of Revocation and Cancellation
- The interested party can revoke consent to the processing of their personal data at any time by requesting its deletion by email to dpo@probravo.com.
- In case of cancellation, the data will be removed unless regulatory obligations require further conservation.
- To prevent fraud, the data of suspended or sanctioned users may be retained for 2 years from the cancellation request.
Conservation Terms Without Request for Deletion
- Without a specific request for deletion, the data will be kept for a maximum of 10 years from the User's last access.
Recipients of Personal Data
Users' personal data may be accessible to certain subjects or entities, defined according to the rules of the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Responsible and Authorized for Processing
- The data may be managed by subjects appointed as Data Controllers pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR, or by authorized personnel pursuant to Article 29.
Sharing with Partners and Third Parties
- To provide specific services, the data may be shared with external collaborators or companies that use ProBravo services, such as Professionals registered on the ProBravo portal or other partner companies. These are considered independent data controllers.
- The Owner does not assume responsibility for the data processing carried out by these third parties nor for the content and compliance with the privacy regulations of external sites.
Sharing Examples
- With Professionals registered on the ProBravo portal, to allow interaction between Customer and Professional.
- With service companies responsible for managing data on behalf of the Owner, such as sending notifications, email verifications, statistical analysis, marketing and IT support.
- With payment service providers and financial institutions, for the management of transactions and the prevention of fraud, without sharing the User's payment data.
- With commercial partners, for marketing activities, only with the prior consent of the User.
Restrictions on Communication
- Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except in the case of legal or regulatory obligations that require such sharing.
Transfer of Data to Third Countries or International Organizations
The personal data used on ProBravo.com may be transferred outside the national territory, exclusively to provide the services requested by Users and in compliance with the rules of the Regulation.
Transfer of Data outside the EEA
- Some personal data may be transferred to recipients located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), ensuring that such transfer complies with the provisions of the Regulation.
Legal Basis for Data Processing
- Data processing is based on various legal needs, which include the response to User requests, the fulfillment of legal obligations by THINKITTECH LTD, the explicit consent of the User, or the pursuit of a legitimate interest by part of THINKITTECH LTD or third parties.
ProBravo.com Activities
ProBravo.com facilitates the search for services by Users and allows companies or professionals to offer their services to End Users.
Communication of Data to Third Parties
- Users' personal data may be managed directly by companies or professionals registered on ProBravo.com or transmitted to third parties who provide similar services, in order to satisfy Users' service requests.
- The legal basis for the communication of data to third parties for services or commercial purposes is the express consent of the User.
Navigation Data Collection
When you browse ProBravo.com, we collect data related to your use of the site and app. This includes information such as your IP address, browser type, the URI of your requests, the time of your visit, the method of request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the status code of the response given from the server (success, error, etc.), and other technical details. This data helps us improve our services and ensure the optimal functioning of the Site and App.
Use of Navigation Data
- We use this data for anonymous statistical analysis, to understand which pages Users are most interested in and improve our content.
- With your consent, we may use this data to send you communications and reminders, such as follow-up requests.
In specific cases, and only at the request of the competent authorities, we may use your browsing data to investigate possible computer crimes.

Search Engines
- Professional performances and customer reviews can be indexed by internal and external search engines.
- Even if a page is removed from ProBravo.com, its cached copy may remain visible in search results for a time. The management of these results is the responsibility of external search engines, but users can request their removal or updating directly from their respective search engines.
Location Data
If activated, the location detection function allows ProBravo.com to collect and process data on the user's current location, or explicitly declared by the user.
